Foundations for Divergent Minds (FDM) is a young nonprofit organization that provides innovative educational support. Periodically, as we expand and seek to provide you with more information, we will post job listings. If this area is blank, it is because we do not have any opportunities at this time.
College and/or Early Career Internships
We are currently offering unpaid internships for:
- Speech Language Pathology students or recent graduates
- Occupational Therapy students or recent graduates
- Psychology students, students in related fields, or recent graduates
All internships are telecommuting positions which will require meeting via Google Hangouts or other messenger service once per week for check ins.
Students will be provided training on the Divergent Minds framework. Students will not be working directly with clients and instead will apply their current coursework to create supplementary aides and supports that therapists in other fields, educators, and parents or caregivers can use to support their neurodivergent clients.
